Calling all bridesmaids and besties who have been enlisted with the challenge of hen party duty! If you’re nervous about where to start, we are here to share some ideas that will hopefully inspire you. Blowdries
Did you know at aer we offer the option of hiring out the salon for you and your friends to enjoy? This is great if you’re looking to take your time with your pampering and enjoy a morning or afternoon getting ready together in a big girly group! Also it’s the perfect way to start your hen party off before heading elsewhere.
Play music and hang out at the salon whilst sipping on champagne and take lots of fun photos to remember the big day. We would recommend investing in an Instax polaroid camera so you can snap lots of instant photos of the day, and display them in an album afterwards to pass on to the bride-to-be. Pick up yours here.

Indulge in some pampering with our complimentary champagne and choose a blowdry option or one of our gorgeous up-styles. Our central location means we are in close proximity to London’s fab party venues so you can carry on the celebrations nearby!
Cocktails
With Eclipse cocktail bar a very short walk away on the Old Brompton Road aer is the perfect location to get glammed up beforehand. Open until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays, Eclipse is the ideal place to carry on the party! It also has a summer terrace, perfect for those warmer nights. More info here.
Other bars to continue the celebrations are Evans & Peel Detective Agency Bar in Earls Court for more of a quirky vibe with a detective theme, or Barts secretly hidden in Chelsea Cloisters on Sloane Avenue for a brilliant party atmosphere.
Food
If good food is more your thing, we love Made in Italy, just a short Uber away from aer on the Kings Road! Order their delicious pizza platters to share with all your favourite flavours, check out their party options here.
Megan’s on the New King’s Road is also one of our faves for a fun party atmosphere. They have a gorgeous garden decorated with twinkly lights, with a lovely party menu choose from. You could even order some of their food platters to aer as they deliver too. Check them out here.
Number Sixteen is like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of busy South Kensington outside. Just around the corner from aer, it’s perfect for a private party in the most beautiful of settings. More info here.
Games
Fun games ideas include each hen preparing a memory they have about the bride-to-be- this is then read out to the group, and the bride-to-be has to guess who has read the story! Should she guess wrong, there will be a fun forfeit!
The Mr & Mrs Quiz is also a great game to play and involves the bride-to-be answering questions about her fiancé; again forfeits are required if she guesses wrong. Be as risqué with the questions as you dare!

Activities
